The NJIC has made its presence quite felt in the NJSIAA State Sectional Bowling Tournament. Four conference schools claimed titles in North 1A and North 1B.
Glen Rock HS captured the Group-2 North 1A title. The Panthers are ranked #1 in the Record area team poll.
Lyndhurst HS Bears defended their North 1A / Group-1 title. They are #5 in the Record rankings.
Pompton Lakes HS, the area’s #9 ranked squad, won the Group-1 North 1B crown. The Cardinals just recently took home the Passaic County Championship.
Led by freshman Ian Bruinooge’s 591 series, Hawthorne HS was the Group-2 North 1B Champions.
