LODI — Waldwick/Midland Park, No. 18 in The Record public school Top 20, scored 16 unanswered points in the third quarter Saturday to post a 29-21 come-from-behind victory over Lodi in NJIC Colonial Division football action.

Sonny DiPasquale and Garret King each scored in the third quarter for the Warriors. DiPasquale scored two touchdowns and senior defensive lineman Zach Van Kat returned a first-quarter fumble 34 yards for a touchdown.

Quarterback Steven Villa had another strong game for the Rams, carrying 18 times for 260 yards and three touchdowns.

RUTHERFORD 49, MANCHESTER 14 (at Rutherford): Junior running back Kevin Kosakowski rushed for 141 yards and two touchdowns to lead the No. 15 Bulldogs to a win in Colonial Division play.

The Bulldogs outscored the Falcons, 38-0, in the second half. Quarterback Nick Birchby threw for 153 yards and three touchdowns, and the Rutherford defense forced six turnovers.

HARRISON 54, IMMACULATE CONCEPTION 6 (at Harrison): Michael O’Donnell scored three touchdowns, including one on a 98-yard run, to help the Blue Tide snap a four-game losing streak in a non-league game.
