Male Athlete of the Week: Alec Reimon

Rutherford High School

Sport: Swimming

Class: Senior. Age: 17.

Accomplishment: Reimon won the 50 freestyle at the Bergen County Meet of Champions, and led Rutherford to its fourth straight NJIC team championship with four first-place finishes as he won the 50 freestyle in a meet-record 22.15 and the 100 back stroke in a school-record 55.25, and was part of the winning 200 medley relay in a meet-record 1:42.28 with a 21.76 freestyle leg and the winning 400 freestyle relay in a meet- and school-record 3:21.91.
