Class: Senior. Age: 18
Accomplishment: Garcia, a pitcher, struck out 17 in the 6-5 win over Wallington in 11 innings in a complete-game effort. In the 3-1 victory over Wood-Ridge, she tossed a one-hitter with 20 strikeouts and hit the decisive two-run home run. She only allowed one earned run in each game. Garcia will continue her softball career at Pace University.
