Senior forward John Dime of Emerson is the latest Bergen County boy and the first in his program in more than a decade to surpass 1,000 career points.
Dime reached 1,000 on a free throw in the second quarter of Thursday’s 76-46 victory over Palisades Park. His game-high 23 points raised his career total to 1,008 and gave Emerson (6-1) a five-game winning streak.
