Villanova sure likes North Jersey quarterbacks.  With former Paramus standout John Robertson already manning the controls for the Wildcats and DePaul’s Zach Bednarczyk an incoming freshman, the school added another versatile quarterback when Palisades Park/Leonia’s Adeyemi Da Silva committed over the weekend.     “I have heard a lot about [Robertson],” said Da Silva. “The day Villanova offered me, they said I run and throw exactly like him. That’s why they knew I would fit in with them.”     The 6-foot-2, 205-pound Da Silva considered Stony Brook, Temple, Rutgers and Boston College. He went to two camps at Villanova, running the 40-yard dash in 4.5 seconds and going through various quarterback drills. After the second camp, the Wildcats made him an offer.     “I had been in contact with them,” said Da Silva. “Schools usually only take one quarterback a year and this is an opportunity that I didn’t want to let slip away. There are great academics at Villanova and this was a school I felt comfortable at.”     Da Silva, from Edgewater, plans on studying criminal justice or business.                   – See more at: http://www.northjersey.com/sports/high-school-sports/football/pal-park-leonia-qb-da-silva-to-villanova-1.1045593#sthash.ZbMr40Iq.dpuf
