Glen Rock coach Taryn Tabano said her four-year starter was recruited by Division 1 schools but decided that a small liberal arts school would be best for her.

McDonald was a team captain for the Panthers this spring.

“I was looking for a small liberal arts school with good academics and competitive lacrosse to continue my career for the next four years and I got great vibes when I went to Hamilton,” McDonald said. “I liked the school and the coach, Patty Kloidt, who has a really great philosophy in which the school comes first.”

McDonald received academic All-American honors her junior and senior years and earned All-Bergen County and all-division recognition. She was the recipient of the Lacrosse Senior Recognition Award, the Glen Rock Lacrosse Association Athletic Scholarship and Founders Award.
