While Rutgers was putting all the final bows and ribbons on its 2014 football recruiting class Wednesday, next year’s class got a big North Jersey commitment.
Elmwood Park junior quarterback Michael Dare, one of the most prolific passers in North Jersey over the last two seasons, announced his verbal commitment to play for the Scarlet Knights.
