Brandon Barga tallied an unassisted goal to lead fifth-seeded Waldwick to a 1-0 win over top-seeded Wallington in the semifinals of the North Jersey, Section 1, Group 1 tournament in Wallington.
The game remained scoreless nearly through to halftime until Barga found the back of the next with two minutes left in the first half for Waldwick (16-3-2).
Wallington’s record is now 19-3-1.
Waldwick will play at third-seeded Cresskill in the sectional finals on Friday.
