Junior Colleen McQuillen poured in nine shots and four 3-pointers to finish with 35 points as second-seeded Cresskill got past third-seeded Cedar Grove in the semifinal round of the NJSIAA North Jersey Section 1, Group 1 tournament in Cresskill.
McQuillen scored her 2,000th career point as she also tallied seven rebounds, three assists and three steals for Cresskill (21-6) while senior Elley Wells and freshman Angelina Doto each contributed six points apiece, with Wells also pulling down six boards.
