North Jersey Interscholastic Conference Volleyball Player of the Week
Emma Fowler, Bogota
Bogota has a long history of producing great talent. Through one-plus month of the 2023 season, Emma Fowler is emerging as the Bucs’ next top-level player. The sophomore star has helped steer Bogota four straight wins, which all happened this past week. She led the NJIC in kills with 56 over this span, bringing her season total to 250. She has slammed exactly 16 kills in three straight games and has logged 10 or more kills 15 times this fall. Her season-high came on Sept. 22 against Glen Rock, garnering 22 kills.
