PARK RIDGE 4, RIDGEFIELD 3 (at park Ridge) – Angela Rivera singled in two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to cap a four run outburst as Park Ridge rallied from a two-run deficit to claim a 5-3 victory over Ridgefield in an NJIC crossover softball game Monday.KellyAnn Rubino hit a solo home run and totaled two RBI while Erica Huber pitched a four-hitter for Park Ridge.

MIDLAND PARK 4, EMERSON 2 (at Midland Park): Senior right-hander Katie Kontos recorded her 100th strikeout this season as she pitched a seven-hitter, fanning 11 and walking two to lift the No. 21 Panthers past the Cavos in a Patriot Division game.

WEEHAWKEN 4, WOOD-RIDGE 3 (8 innings) (at Weehawken): Sophie Chong had the winning single in the bottom of the eighth and also scattered nine hits to pick up the win for the Indians in a Meadowlands Division game.

WALDWICK 1, CRESSKILL 0 (8 innings) (at Cresskill): Sarah Ann Armstrong had a one-out single, stole second and scored on an infield error in the top of the eighth for the Warriors in a Patriot Division game.

LYNDHURST 1, NEW MILFORD 0 (at New Milford): Senior right-hander Jenn Tellefsen tossed a two-hitter, striking out 10 and walking none as she increased her season total to 187 strikeouts in a Liberty Division game for the No. 24 Golden Bears.
