GLEN ROCK – The chairs needed to be put away.

So after Glen Rock had its postgame talk in the locker room, each player walked out, grabbed a chair from the team’s bench and hung it on a rack. Everything the Panthers do, they do as a team. They help each other out on the court and off it.

And on the court, they’re balanced and formidable.

Glen Rock’s latest display came in a 59-44 win over NJIC Colonial rival Rutherford on Tuesday night. It used a combination of aggressiveness inside and crisp shooting from the outside.

The Panthers, ranked No. 21 in The Record Top 25, are starting to roll.

“This was really important for us,” junior forward Kelly Lohr said. “For now on, we’re going to keep pushing like we did today, keep going with what we’ve been doing.”
