After failing to make a significant impact on the stat sheet throughout the first half of the year, Worthington burst onto the scene this past week with some eye-popping numbers including key goals towards the team’s 3-0 week. She recorded three goals and one assist on the way to a 7-1 win over Hawthorne Christian, her first career hat trick and first career game in which she both scored and assisted. Worthington then followed up with a pair of crucial goals to lead the team to a 2-0 win over Pascack Valley.
