Navarette spent a total of 48 seconds on the mat in three matches to help Hawthorne jump out to a 3-0 start with wins over Pompton Lakes, Waldwick and Manchester Regional. Navarette landed a 12-second pin against Pompton Lakes and won by fall again in 36 seconds against Waldwick. He took a forfeit against Manchester. At 160 pounds, Navarrete caps a tough run of middle weights in the Hawthorne lineup.
