North Jersey Interscholastic Conference players of the week

Will Wallentine, St. Mary (Ruth.), Jr., OF: Wallentine batted .800 last week, collecting eight hits in 10 at-bats. He scored five runs and knocked in three. For the week he had six singles, two doubles and drew three walks. With Wallentine leading the way, St. Mary (Ruth.) entered this week on a three-game winning streak.

Daniel Espinal, Lodi, Jr., 1B: Espinal was a blistering 6-for-9 last week with four singles and two doubles. He scored four runs and drove in four. He also drew three walks and stole five bases.
