VOLLEYBALL
1st Team All-State
Kiara Polanco, Bogota, Sr.
Bogota had a long wait to return to action but when it did, Polanco was a star. The senior racked up 142 kills in just 10 matches, an eye-opening 7.1 kills per set. With Polanco leading the way, Bogota captured another sectional championship and finished the season undefeated.
3rd Team All-State
Nicole Dallara, Hasbrouck Heights, Sr.
Dallara put together a special season and Hasbrouck Heights was the beneficiary. In a season that saw the team go 13-1 en route to a sectional semifinal berth, she had 135 kills and 44 aces. In those 14 games, she recorded at least 10 kills seven times.
