North Jersey Interscholastic Conference Bowlers of the Week
BOYS
Rohan Patel, North Arlington
Patel paced North Arlington this week with a 202.67 average, the second most in the conference by just three pins based on bowlers who competed in more than one dual match. Patel threw a 266 on his way to a 628 series in a win over Harrison. He also helped his team beat previously unbeaten Wood-Ridge with his 588 series. Patel is averaging just shy of 200 pins per game with a 199.
GIRLS
Mia Da Silva, North Arlington
In two matches this week, Da Silva averaged a 139, which is higher than her season-long average of 133. In the pair of matches she carded series of 428 and 410 with high games of 178 and 157. The 178 is a new career-high for Da Silva.
