Leah Rodriguez, Becton
Becton continued to perform well this past week as it defeated both North Arlington and St. Mary Rutherford, 5-2. Rodriguez carded series of 523 and 598 in the two wins with her 598 being a new career high. Against St. Mary, she also rolled a 222 in Game 2 which is her second best game of the year (227).
Blake Smith, Rutherford
Smith, who is averaging a career-high 177 pins per game on the season, just notched his new career-best series with a 609 in Rutherford’s win over Weehawken on Tuesday. It was the first time Smith shot over 600 in his career. Rutherford has won two straight dual matches and three of four.
