NJIC Male Swimmer of the Week
Kaleb Pinto, New Milford
Pinto helped New Milford to two victories to begin 2025 on the right foot with wins over Becton and Lyndhurst. He won all eight of his events, including individual tallies in the 200 freestyle, 200 IM, and butterfly. This season, Pinto has placed first in eight of his 10 individual races.
NJIC Female Swimmer of the Week
Isabella Bianco, Rutherford, Fr.
A key reason why Rutherford is unbeaten through six meets, Bianco has been terrific for Rutherford, particularly in the long distance events. Against Mary Help of Christians on Tuesday, she earned her fifth win of the season in the 500 free, and also won the 200 free. Bianco was also apart of Rutherford’s winning 200 FR and 200 MR.
