Johnny Chaname, Lyndhurst, Sr., G

In the Bergen County Jamboree, Lyndhurst gave Tenafly a scare. Tenafly edged out a one-point win, but Chaname’s 22-point effort made it close. It was his 16th game with 20-plus points this year, and is averaging 22.5 points.

Luke Kopczynski, Cresskill, Sr., F

On Feb. 2 at Waldwick, Kopczynski surpassed 1,000 career points as part of an 18-point, 10-rebound performance in the win. Kopczynski also collected 11 points, three steals, and two blocks in the Cougars’ victory over Ridgewood to advance to the Bergen Jamboree quarterfinals. This winter, he is averaging 16.2 points and 11.1 rebounds.

Merrick Olkowski, St. Mary (Ruth.), Sr., F

Olkowski recorded his second-straight double-double in the Gaels’ overtime win against Dwight-Englewood, totaling 15 points and 13 boards. He also went for 18 and 11 in the against Westwood in the Bergen Jamboree. This season he is averaging 11.5 points and eight boards.
