Keith Mlenak led third-seeded Hasbrouck Heights with 16 points as it defeated 11th-seeded Park Ridge, 48-46, in the quarterfinal round of the North Jersey, Section 1, Group 1 playoffs in Hasbrouck Heights.

Jack LaForge added 15 points for Hasbrouck Heights, which outscored Park Ridge, 18-14, in the third quarter.

Mike Wittenberg led Park Ridge with 16 points. Glen Hafemeister chipped in 12 points. Dan DiBlasi had 10 points.
