Leonia/Palisades Park senior, 200 IM
Jung turned in a tremendous three-year career with the Lions, winning three conference titles in the IM, two in backstroke and one in the 100 freestyle. At this year’s Bergen Meet of Champions, she earned silver in both her individual races.

Caden Cho
Leonia/Palisades Park sophomore, 500 freestyle
One of the state’s best underclassmen found a home in the distance freestyle, getting seventh in the county in the 200 and second in the 500 behind St. Joseph independent swimmer Emre Sungur. At the NJIC championship, Cho came up big by anchoring a meet-clinching victory in the final relay.
