SECAUCUS 10, QUEEN OF PEACE 0 (at Secaucus): Senior right hander Anthony Ratti and sophomore right hander Kerry Mitchell combined for a six-inning no-hitter as the Patriots defeated the Golden Griffins.
Ratti struck out 12 in 5 2/3 innings, including his 100th strikeout of the season in the second inning. Mitchell induced a ground-ball out to end the game. Sergio Castillo and Zach Fuentes hit solo home runs for Secaucus (11-14).
NORTH ARLINGTON 3, WEEHAWKEN 2, 8 inns. (at North Arlington): Senior catcher Chris Giaquinto hit a walk-off single as the Vikings (13-9) defeated the Indians. North Arlington scored twice in the seventh to force the game into extra innings.
Junior third baseman Angel Santos led off the eighth with a single. After two intentional walks, Giaquinto’s single scored Santos.
