CRESSKILL – St. Mary has thoroughly enjoyed its recent visits to Cresskill.
The Gaels won their third consecutive road game against the Cougars, 13-12, in NJIC Meadowlands Division football and gave coach Mike Sheridan his 200th career victory.
“This is a real tough place to play, and it’s a different environment, and they do a great job with their traditions,” Sheridan said. “So to come in here and get a ‘W’ is very difficult.”
The St. Mary defense was the star, with the final two plays sacks for the Gaels, from sophomore Chris Buchta and senior Alex Domac.
