Brendan Hughes

Park Ridge senior slotback

The Owls got everything they could out of the multi-talented Hughes. He finished with 32 catches for 413 yards and was also a factor on defense with a team-high 79 tackles.

FIRST TEAM DEFENSE

Joseph Crifasi

Becton senior safety

Crifasi will go down in Becton history as the quarterback of the Wildcats team that won the NJIC title, but on defense, he was the clean-it-up safety with 20 tackles and three pass break-ups. The Wildcats allowed 12 points all season.

Zachary Maksimiak

Pompton Lakes junior linebacker

A player who never left the field and was responsible for the Cardinals’ defensive calls, Maksimiak finished second in North Jersey with 86 tackles in eight games.

Ryan Reid

Becton senior defensive end

A three-year starter on the Wildcats’ defensive line, Reid was a playmaker all season. He finished with 30 total tackles (six for losses) and one interception. Becton finished with five shutouts in six games.
