CRESSKILL 42, SECAUCUS 0 (at Secaucus): Antonio Lora scored on a pair of 2-yard touchdown runs, Tom Garzino hauled in touchdown receptions of 22 and 45 yards from quarterback Jack Maltby and Ben Stein added two touchdown runs as the Cougars moved to 2-0. Lora finished with 18 carries for 120 yards and Stein ended with 10 carries for 91 yards.
LYNDHURST 37, ELMWOOD PARK 20 (at Elmwood Park): Lyndhurst senior Kevin Santos rushed 21 times for 151 yards and three touchdowns, and Michael Carrino added 10 carries for 93 yards and another score as the Golden Bears moved to 2-0.
Carrino added six tackles and two sacks for Lyndhurst, which led, 37-6, after three quarters. The Golden Bears take on Hawthorne on Friday.
SADDLE BROOK 47, NORTH ARLINGTON 8 (at Saddle Brook): Vinny Camilleri rushed eight times for 115 yards and three touchdowns, made six tackles and returned an interception 61 yards for a touchdown as the Falcons (1-1) earned their first win. Saddle Brook led, 28-0, after the first quarter.
