Congratulations on your selection to the Record Sports 2024 All-North Jersey Indoor Track and Field Teams

FIRST TEAM

Kylie Castillo

Ridgefield senior, 400 meters

The Columbia-bound senior had another terrific winter, winning her second straight sectional and Group 1 titles. She won the NJIC title in both the 55 and 400, and took second to Certo in the Bergen 200 and 400 races. She placed second in the Group 1 55 and took eighth in the State Meet of Champions 200 while just missing a medal, finishing ninth, in the 400. She ranks sixth all-time in Bergen at 200 meters, 16th at 300 and third at 400.

Elliot Eddy

Hasbrouck Heights senior, shot put

No one was busier this winter than Eddy, who competed in 15 meets, winning eight and earning top-three finishes in all but two meets: Nike Indoor Nationals and the State Meet of Champions. She had seven meets with throws over 37 feet, and the rest of New Jersey had one performance over that same distance. She placed second in defending her state Group 1 championship and was third in the Bergen County championships.

Alexandra Samperi

Hasbrouck Heights senior, all around

The two-time Group 1 outdoor long jump champion showed her versatility all winter, helping the Aviators win titles in the Group 1 relays, the Bergen small schools relays, the North 1, Group 1 sectionals and the NJIC championships. She medalled in four different events, including the 55 dash, 55 hurdles, high jump and long jump. She’s ranked 20th all-time in Bergen County history in the long jump.

SECOND TEAM

Long jump: Julia Tozduman
