The Emerson girls soccer team made history on Thursday by earning its first-ever victory in the Bergen County tournament.The 25th-ranked Cavos recorded a 3-1 win over No. 24 Cliffside Park in the opening round.

WALDWICK 3, FAIR LAWN 2, OT (at Fair Lawn): The 28th-seeded Warriors trailed at halftime, but came through with a goal apiece in the second half and overtime to upset No. 21 Fair Lawn.
