Wood-Ridge’s David Guerra made his final home game a special one.
The senior guard had 20 points, including the 1,000th of his career, in the Blue Devils’ 86-48 victory over Wallington on Thursday in NJIC boys basketball action.
Beginning the night three points shy of the milestone, Guerra hit the front end of a 1-and-1 for his 1,000th point.
