Best Assets: The Warriors suffered some big-time losses in All-North Jersey midfielder Rikuo Nakamoto and top goalkeeper Zach Neugebauer. But they return a number of key players who got plenty of playing time including defender Matt Gianelli, midfielder Chris Cameron and Dennis Reyes, one of their leading scorers. They had a successful summer with good showings at the Bergen’s Best tournament and the annual Toms River tournament against larger schools and should be one of the top small school programs in North Jersey again.

Biggest concerns: The Warriors obviously have huge shoes to fill in Nakamoto and Neugebauer. They do have two keepers in camp coach Jon Noschese thinks can do the job in net. The biggest question is how Waldwick will handle the influx of youth as it looks to defend its league title and regain the sectional title it lost last season.
