GLEN ROCK — The fascinating thing about the Waldwick/Midland Park offense is that even though the opposition might have a pretty good idea of what’s coming, there’s no way of telling who’ll be bringing it.
The Warriors, ranked No. 14 in The Record football Top 25, have as deep a backfield as you’ll find at any level in North Jersey, and everyone who touches the ball seems to bring something different to the table.
Throw in an offensive line that has been outstanding all season, and it’s easy to see why the Warriors have accumulated well over 1,000 yards on the ground through their first four games.
“We are a dangerous team,” senior running back Tyree Lee said after Thursday’s 38-0 whitewash of Glen Rock in NJIC crossover action. “You just can’t key on one guy.”
