Junior Olivia Traphagen’s three goals lifted Glen Rock to a dramatic victory in the Bergen County girls soccer tournament.
Traphagen scored in the second overtime to lift the 19th-seeded Panthers to a 3-2 victory over host and No. 14 Paramus in Sunday’s second round.
Traphagen scored twice in the second half, and Camille Julianna added two assists for Glen Rock (8-0-1).
WALDWICK 1, NV/DEMAREST 0 (at Demarest): Junior Madison Archer scored on a direct kick in the first half and senior Amanda Craven made seven saves as the No. 28 Warriors topped the No. 12 Norsewomen.
PASCACK HILLS 1, LYNDHURST 0 (at Lyndhurst): Senior Erica Bardes scored in the second half and senior Mackenzie Catherwood made seven saves to lift the No. 20 Cowgirls over the No. 13 Golden Bears.
NEW MILFORD 2, HOLY ANGELS 1 (at Demarest): Senior Amanda Gouldsbury had a goal and an assist, and junior Kaitlyn Carberry made 13 saves as the unbeaten and No. 18 Knights topped the No. 15 Angels.
NV/OLD TAPPAN 4, MIDLAND PARK 0 (at Old Tappan): Senior Kelly Walsh scored twice, senior Amanda Tripodi had a goal and two assists and senior Izzy Ramil one goal and one assist for the No. 10 Golden Knights.
PASCACK VALLEY 5, CRESSKILL 0 (at Hillsdale): Junior Jennifer LaRocca was among five to score for the No. 11 Indians and she added an assist.
