When the tide turned, Carly O’Sullivan was right there leading the charge. O’Sullivan’s hitting and serving were the catalyst in Bogota winning a fourth consecutive Group 1 girls volleyball state title with Saturday’s 25-16, 25-17 victory over Rutherford at William Paterson Rec Center.
