Accomplishment: Cruz became the first Bergen County high school soccer player to score a goal at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, one of four she netted in a three-game span. She added a goal and two assists in a county-tournament win over Tenafly to help the Vikings start 6-0.

Bryce Hamilton
Sport: Football
School: Waldwick
Class: Junior. Age: 17
Accomplishment: In the Warriors’ 45-13 win over Becton, Hamilton had nine carries for 220 yards and two TDs, plus two catches for 97 yards and a score. On defense, he made nine tackles and recovered a fumble, and at kicker, he made 6-of-6 extra points and a 25-yard field goal.
