LODI 2, HAWTHORNE 1 (at Hawthorne): Senior right-hander Linzi Reginald pitched a seven-hitter, striking out eight, to help the 11th-seeded Rams past the sixth-seeded Bears in a first-round game. Lodi will play at third-seeded Ramsey in the quarterfinals on Wednesday. The Rams, who lost two regular -season NJIC Colonial Division games to Hawthorne by scores of 13-3 and 4-0, was sparked at the plate by senior center fielder Amanda Reagan, who went 3-for-3 with two runs scored. Sophomore right fielder Cheyanna Fuchs had an RBI for Lodi and Emily Skinner drove in the Hawthorne run.
