LYNDHURST – A pair of Lyndhurst High School soccer players will move one town over in the hope of helping Felician College to league and maybe even national women’s soccer titles.

Amanda Nowak and Dina Ingenito will be starting their college careers next week at Felician.

Each player was named to the North Jersey Interscholastic Conference Liberty Division first team last season and helped the Lady Golden Bears to a 16-4 record as well as sharing the Liberty title with New Milford.

Both said that it was happenstance that they will be going to Felician, but both love that they will continue their friendship and soccer play that has dated back to third grade.

“We’re not alone so we’re together and playing soccer together for another four years,” said Ingenito. “It will be fun … We have been friends for a long time.”

As it turned out their last days with Lyndhurst happened last Thursday, the last day that they worked out with the 2014 edition of the Lyndhurst High School girls soccer team
