North Jersey Interscholastic Conference Regular Season MVP’s

Colonial Division

Briana Andreoli, Hawthorne, Sr.

Andreoli is a special talent and her speed and power makes her hard to contain. The senior has more than 100 career goals and has put up 32 goals and 11 assists so far this season. Andreoli had a huge game with three goals against Wayne Valley earlier this season.

Liberty Division

Lexi Augustyniak, Lyndhurst, Jr.

Augustyniak is having a breakout year and has 26 goals and 12 assists so far. Her offensive play has been key for Lyndhurst, which kept up with Secaucus and Dwight-Englewood in the division. The junior had 12 career goals coming into this season.

Meadowland Division

Paige McGuire, Hasbrouck Heights, Sr.

Hasbrouck Heights knew it needed to ramp up its offense this fall and McGuire has led the way with a career-high 33 goals. This team is heading into the postseason on a five-game unbeaten streak. McGuire has scored 11 goals during that stretch for the Aviators.

Patriot Division

Emily Abbott, Waldwick, Sr.

Waldwick lost just one game in the regular season and that came in a double overtime game with Ridgewood. Abbott has been the team’s best overall player. The left back has been a leader on defense, but she added another element with seven goals and nine assists. This team is in a good position to win a Group 1 championship and add to its divisional title.
