In a three-point win over Cresskill in the NJIC Tournament semifinals, Cano produced 18 points and four rebounds, his sixth straight game with 15-plus points. He also has six 20-plus point efforts this winter.
Andrew Del Rey, Waldwick, Sr., G
Del Rey became the 111th player in N.J. history to reach 2,000 career points. He did so against Bogota on Feb. 12 in a 22-point effort, his 13th contest with 20 or more points.
Matt Kennedy, St. Mary (Ruth.), Sr., G
Kennedy helped the Gaels defeat Tenafly in the Bergen Jamboree semifinals on Feb. 15 behind 29 points, include five 3-pointers. He also recorded 19 points and three rebounds in the NJIC Tournament semifinals in a win over Secaucus this past week.
