Class: Senior. Age: 18

Accomplishment: Purdie, a wide receiver, finished with six receptions for 144 yards and three touchdowns, and threw a four-yard TD pass out of the Wildcat formation to lead Hasbrouck Heights to a 48-24 win over Rutherford in the NJIC championship game in a battle of unbeaten teams. Purdie set the tone right away as he hauled in a 66-yard touchdown on the Aviators’ first offensive play of the game. On defense as an outside linebacker, he had seven tackles and an interception and blocked an extra point.
