Player of the Week
Kaitlyn O’Brien, Ridgefield, Jr.
Ridgefield has gotten hot lately and O’Brien’s performances at the dish and in the circle last week were a big reason why. As a pitcher, she tossed 23 innings, striking out 33, while giving up just 13 hits and one earned run in that span. At the plate, she drove in eight runs, going 8-for-13 with two doubles, a stolen base and four runs scored as well.
