Softball Players of the Week

 

Elizabeth Connelly, Hasbrouck Heights, Sr.

Connelly has been raking at the plate this past week, batting to the tune of a 14-for-20 showing with 13 RBIs, 11 runs, four doubles, two home runs and a pair of stolen bases.

Mira Fish, Glen Rock, Sr.

Glen Rock is riding a six-game winning streak (including two wins in the Bergen County Tournament) and Fish’s presence in the circle is a big reason why. This past week she threw 30 innings of work and allowed just five earned runs on 16 hits with a staggering 50 strikeouts.
