NJIC Boys Volleyball Player of the Year:
Jose De La Cruz, Harrison
De La Cruz led the conference in assists (561) and aces (54). The junior setter led the Blue Tide to a Hudson County final appearance, as well as a postseason win over Elizabeth, logging 20 or more assists in 15 matches in 2022. De La Cruz added 186 digs, 29 kills and 15 blocks to his campaign and proved to be one of the best players in the North 2 section.
