It was impossible stopping Ashanna Caviness. Caviness led the state with an eye-popping 432 kills for the Bucs, including four 20-kill performances. Bogota won its sectional title, as well as the Group 1 championship behind Caviness’ prowess

Pimentel is the real deal. She had an impact on every play for Bogota, totaling 723 assists, 126 digs and 50 aces for the Bucs.

Leading the state with 432 kills, Caviness was one of the most intimidating players in New Jersey. She finished her junior campaign with 17 straight double-digit kill matches and ended up with 25 total. Caviness also compiled 177 digs for the Bucs en route to a Group 1 title.
