Glen Rock had two individual champions to take the team title at the Pioneer Classic, hosted by New Providence.

Glen Rock led with 130 team points, while New Providence took second with 127 points, and Boonton placed third with 118.

The Panthers won titles at the top and bottom of the order, as Johnny Emes took the 106-pound crown with a first period pin over Karl Maurer (Madison), while heavyweight Jake Rickett earned gold with a pin over Cameron Sheeran (New Providence).

The hosting Pioneers had back-to-back champions at 138 and 144, as Yehia Abdelrahman took a pin over Arthur Landkof (Boonton) in the 138 final, while Braedon Valley pinned Colin Fowler (Waldwick) at 144.

Boonton had a pair of individual titles thanks to Isa Kupa’s 8-0 major over Rohi Hubert (Glen Rock) at 113, and Phoenix LaCorte’s pin over Alexander Balsera (Newark Academy) at 150.

Devin Ferrante (126), and Michael Fahmie (165) earned titles for Whippany Park.

Waldwick’s Giovanni Giardin (120), Madison’s Joshua Ortiz (132), Middlesex’s Jack Griffin (157), Vernon’s True DiGuiseppe (175), and Highland Park’s Noah Berlin-Langston (215) also won titles.
