Wrestling: NJIC place three athletes on All-North Jersey Team

GIRLS:

FIRST TEAM 

Kiana Alvarez

Elmwood Park senior, 185 pounds

A boxer by trade, the Crusaders’ senior didn’t look like a beginner in her first year on the wrestling team. She racked up county and region titles, went unbeaten in the regular-season and finished 21-3 as a state sixth-place medalist.
